Drawing upon the language of Queensland architecture, the concept of light, layering and natural materials form the essence of the design, creating a timeless and distinctly local residence.

Respecting the suburban street frontage, the two-storey homes are positioned in the foreground, maintaining a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The three-storey homes are then positioned to the rear of the site to capture elevated views of the park and maximise natural light.

A generous mix of three or four bedrooms and two secure parking spaces per residence is considerate of diverse demographics. The design celebrates the uniting of Queensland heritage and charm with contemporary family living to establish a strong sense of place.
