Our clients approached us with the intent to do a full gut renovation on their existing apartment.

They loved the location & its proximity to Brisbane's Howard Smith Wharves precinct, however felt the apartment needed a lift as it was dark & dysfunctional. ​

Our approach was to redesign the entire living, dining & kitchen space to open onto the existing outdoor terrace.

A bespoke joinery spine was an idea we discussed early in our design meetings, the intentof this was to give the space a contemporary, sophisticated feel while also maximising storage - something that is often limited in apartments.
