At its frontage, the horizontal awnings, integrated landscape planters & vertical sunshades provide shade & privacy to the street. A basement car park has been included for secure parking & has been designed with the slope of the site.
Upon entry to the home you are greeted by a double height, light filled space with a sculptural feature stair.
At the top level, indoor–outdoor living has been emphasised to suit the coastal lifestyle where the living area flows seamlessly onto the pool. Robust materials of concrete & tile on horizontal surfaces have been selected in response to this, with warm timber wall surfaces complementing the robust elements.
